Jeremy Tucker is New Chair of MBSA Real Property Section
Community Associations attorney Jeremy Tucker recently started his tenure as chair of the Common Interest Ownership Committee of Maryland State Bar Association Real Property Section. He will serve a two-year term.
The MSBA Real Property Section brings together members having a special interest in real property and related law, including eminent domain, foreclosure, land acquisition and development, land records, leasing, real estate financing, common interest ownership communities, title, and zoning. Jeremy Tucker is a partner in the community associations practice group at Lerch, Early & Brewer in Bethesda, Maryland who represents community associations and condominiums in a wide range of matters, including general counsel and litigation.
