Jeremy Tucker Gives Maryland Legislative Update at CAI Expo

At the 2013 Washington Metropolitan Chapter Community Associations Institute's Annual Conference and Expo, Jeremy Tucker gave an update on Maryland laws passed in 2012 and those proposed for 2013 that affect condominiums, homeowners association and cooperatives . Jeremy is a community association attorney at Lerch, Early & Brewer in Bethesda, Maryland who represents community associations and condominiums in a wide range of matters, including general counsel and litigation.

Jeremy was the chair of WMCCAI's Maryland Legislative Committee for five years until he joined its board of directors in 2011. He now also serves as the vice chair of the national CAI's Maryland Legislative Action Committee.
