Jeremy Tucker and Ruth Katz Speak on Demystifying Robert's Rules of Order for Community Association Boards

Community associations attorneys Jeremy Tucker and Ruth Katz recently gave a webinar on "Demystifying Robert's Rules of Order" for the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. They explored how to make common ownership community meetings more effective by using shortcuts contained in Robert's Rules of Order and dispelling long, misguided notions as to what procedures must be followed.

They also provided helpful tips and tricks for addressing agendas, minutes, motions, voting and proxies.

Jeremy and Ruth help community association managers and boards throughout the Washington, DC area with general condominium, homeowners association and cooperative issues like document interpretation and amendments, as well as with litigation, dispute resolution and covenant enforcement.
