Frank Baldino Speaks on "Asset Protection: Planning for the At-Risk Client from the Estate Planner's Perspective"

Estate planning lawyer Frank Baldino will be speaking to the Maryland State Bar Association about "Asset Protection: Planning for the At-Risk Client from the Estate Planner's Perspective" at a seminar on June 25. He will be providing a review of disclaimer planning techniques, the use of tenancy-by-the-entirety and the impact of a transfer of tenants-by-the entirety property to a trust.
