Frank Baldino Elected as ACTEC Fellow

Estate planning attorney Frank Baldino was elected a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel at its recent fall meeting. He joins a select group of only 53 fellows in Maryland, all elected based on their reputation, skill, and contributions to the field.

ACTEC is a nonprofit association of lawyers and law professors who have made substantial contributions to the field of trusts and estates law through writing, teaching and bar leadership activities. Its goal is to improve and reform probate, trust and tax laws, procedures, and professional responsibility. Find more on ACTEC here.

Frank Baldino is an estate planning attorney who co-chairs Lerch, Early & Brewer’s Estate Planning & Probate group in Bethesda, Maryland. His focus is on protecting the assets his clients have accumulated and minimizing federal and state tax liability. These clients range from homeowners whose property has appreciated to people with significant investment, retirement, business, and real estate holdings.
