Frank Baldino Discusses Incapacity and Estate Planning

Estate planning attorney Frank Baldino recently spoke on incapacity, tax considerations in estate planning, and the probate process during a quarterly  eldercare series sponsored by Sisterhood Bikkur Holim Eldercare Committee and U.S. Trust at Har Shalom Synagogue in Potomac, Maryland. Frank discussed a variety of  topics related to estate planning and probate, including the effects of the new Maryland estate tax exemption limits and how to use a power of attorney.
