Divorce Attorney Christopher Roberts Speaks about Electronically Stored Information at Maryland State Bar Association Program

Divorce Attorney Christopher Roberts spoke September 9 about “Electronically Stored Information (ESI) – What Lawyers Need to Know.” The program was presented by the Maryland State Bar Association.

The program covered the basics of electronic devices; your duties at the initial client consultation; the legal hold from both the requesting party and responding party perspective; tips, tricks and traps in capturing ESI; when to hire a forensic expert; review and analysis of ESI; and admissibility.
