Chris Ruhlen Speaks on Master Planning and Zoning

Land use attorney Chris Ruhlen recently spoke on master planning and zoning at the Maryland-National Capital Building Industry Association's Introduction to Land Development and Construction program. He discussed planning cycles; amendments and changes; and special exceptions and vacancies.
