Chris Ruhlen Speaks on Master Planning and Zoning

Land use attorney Chris Ruhlen recently spoke on master planning and zoning at the Maryland-National Capital Building Industry Association's Introduction to Land Development and Construction program. He discussed planning cycles; amendments and changes; and special exceptions and vacancies. The MNCBIA is a non-profit trade organization chartered by the State of Maryland whose mission is to advocate for the building industry and to maximize business opportunities for its members.
