Chris Ruhlen Selected for ULI Washington Regional Land Use Leadership Institute

Land use and zoning attorney Chris Ruhlen has been selected to participate in the 2014-2015 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Washington's Regional Land Use Leadership Institute. The mission of the institute is to provide a powerful local resource to raise awareness and strengthen collaboration among real estate industry and business leaders from all sectors to tackle the region’s complex land use issues. The Regional Land Use Leadership Institute helps develop tomorrow’s leaders who share the ULI mission. Only 30 applicants were selected to participate in the nine-month program. Chris Ruhlen is a land use attorney at Lerch, Early & Brewer in Bethesda, Maryland, who focuses on land use, zoning, real estate and related governmental issues.
