Brad McCullough to Speak on Boilerplate Contract Provisions
Business litigator Brad McCullough will speak to the Bar Association of Montgomery County about "Don't Get Burned by Boilerplate." The discussion will focus on the various “boilerplate” contract provisions that business attorneys frequently include in their contracts, including choice of law, forum selection, arbitration, jury waivers, fee-shifting, and others, and how such provisions can help or hurt clients when those contracts are litigated. The event will take place on November 17, 2014 at the BAMC Building CLE Classroom in Rockville, Maryland. CLE credit will be available.
