Brad McCullough Speaks on Temporary Restraining Orders and Preliminary Injunctions
Brad McCullough recently spoke on standards for issuing temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions as part of a Bar Association of Montgomery County presentation on "Emergency Relief: When Do You Need It and How Do You Get It?" Speakers at the continuing legal education program discussed the procedures and practice for obtaining emergency relief in the state and federal courts. This program was educational for attorneys whose practices touch on, or can be affected by, these forms of relief, including civil litigators, employment lawyers, and business lawyers.
