Brad McCullough Speaks on Summary Judgment

Brad McCullough recently spoke about summary judgment at "Arguing and Opposing Motions for Summary Judgment," a litigation skills workshop presented by the Maryland State Bar Association.  His presentation was based on his popular article "The Ten Commandments of Summary Judgment Practice," which appeared in the American Bar Association's Pretrial Practice and Discovery.
