Brad McCullough Quoted in Daily Record About "Friend of the Court" Briefs

The Daily Record

The Daily Record spoke to Lerch Early appellate attorney Brad McCullough in a recent article about a proposed change to the Maryland Court of Appeals' procedures regarding who is allowed to file amicus curiae, or "friend of the court" briefs.
