Brad McCullough Named Member of MSBA Ethics Committee
Litigator and appellate attorney Brad McCullough recently was named a member of the Ethics Committee of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA). Brad also is a member of the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland Legal Ethics Committee.
The MSBA Ethics Committee is responsible for issuing written opinions on the proper interpretation of the Rules of Professional Conduct and publishing an opinion in each issue of the Maryland Bar Journal. The committee provides oral advice on the interpretation and application of the rules through the operation of a telephone "hotline" service.
