Brad McCullough Judges Moot Court Competition for Federal Bar Association
Commercial and business litigator Brad McCullough served as a judge during the first round of the Federal Bar Association's 18th Annual Thurgood A. Marshall Moot Court Competition. Earlier this month, Brad served as a judge for a mock trial competition in DC with federal and state judges and attorneys.
Sponsored by the Federal Bar Association and administered by the Younger Lawyers Division, the competition gives law students the opportunity to present written and oral pleadings before licensed attorneys, judges, scholars, and members of the Federal Bar Association.
