Nonprofit-Private Real Estate Partnerships

April 14, 2016
2020 K Street, NW
First Floor (Just inside the main entrance on K Street)
Washington DC 20006

Nonprofits often turn to partnerships with the private sector to develop their real estate, whether the development is to increase revenue in support of the nonprofit's mission, or part of the mission itself.

Our top speakers gave insights into the processes nonprofits use to identify the right development partners for them, how the transactions are documented between the nonprofits and the chosen developers, and the process to get to a successful closing. This seminar was ideal for nonprofits and developers, their in-house counsel, and brokers, lenders, contractors, architects, and engineers.
