Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce Virtual "Chamber Chat"

Lerch Early employment attorneys Marc Engel, Julie Reddig, and Michael Neary spoke about "Employer Liability and COVID-19" on Tuesday, September 21 during a Chamber Chat presented by the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce.

The three attorneys covered topics ranging from possible contract and wrongful termination claims, to retaliation and whistleblower claims, to accommodations and the Families First Coronavirus Response Act.
