Litigator Brad McCullough recently spoke at the Maryland Bar Association on "Appellate Practice Tips from the Bench and Bar."

Brad joined joined judges from the Maryland Court of Appeals and Court of Special Appeals and the chief of the civil division of the Maryland Office of the Attorney General on the panel, which discussed:
