Rhian McGrath

Rhian McGrath is a divorce attorney in the Family Law group at Lerch, Early & Brewer in Bethesda, Maryland. Well-versed in all aspects of divorce law, including matters involving custody, complex litigation, child support, alimony and domestic violence, Rhian brings significant trial and courtroom experience to her practice.

Rhian also works with young professionals looking for a fresh start without costly divorce litigation. She often represents people involved in domestic violence disputes, helping clients seek protective orders, and defending those accused of domestic violence.
