Bob Harris was quoted in the Gazette about parks being created in Clarksburg as part of the first homes being built by Winchester Homes in Cabin Branch ("First houses approved west of I-270 in Clarksburg"). He noted that because the parks will be low maintenance green spaces, Winchester will create small neighborhood parks as homes are built.
Bob Harris is a land use attorney at Lerch, Early & Brewer in Bethesda, Maryland who also chairs the Washington Sustainable Growth Alliance, a group he helped form, comprised of businesses and land use and environmental organizations working to address sustainable growth issues.
