Sigrid Haines recently spoke about "Powers of Attorney for Financial and Health Care Needs," at the "Financial Issues Affecting Seniors" program presented by the Advisory Committee on Consumer Protection and the Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection. The program, moderated by Stuart Rosenthal, publisher of the Beacon newspaper, also featured an address by Montgomery County Councilmember Phil Andrews.
