Laura M. Gagliuso is an associate in the Community Associations group who helps community association managers and boards with general association issues like document interpretation and amendments, as well as with dispute resolution and covenant enforcement. Prior to joining Lerch Early, she was a civil litigation associate at Stein Sperling in Rockville. Laura received her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law and her B.A. cum laude from the University of Maryland.
Caitlin C. Grant is an associate in the Litigation group who works on a broad range of commercial litigation and criminal defense matters. Caitlin previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nelson Rupp, Jr. of the Montgomery County Circuit Court. She received her J.D. cum laude from the American University Washington College of Law and her B.A. cum laude from Georgetown University.
Nicole N. Soraruf is an associate in the Commercial Lending and Real Estate groups who negotiates and documents loans and real estate transactions. She recently completed a clerkship with the Honorable Michael J. Finifter of the Baltimore County Circuit Court. Nicole received her J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and her B.A. from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
