Mr. Tucker practices in the firm’s Community Association and Litigation departments. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on November 28, 1974.  He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, in Madison, Wisconsin in 1997.  He received his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio in May 2003.  While in law school, he worked in the Community Development Clinic assisting non-profit corporations on a variety of legal issues.  Before joining the firm, Mr. Tucker practiced community association law as an associate with the firm of Chadwick, Washington, Moriarty, Elmore & Bunn, P.C.  Mr. Tucker is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
