Jeremy Tucker is an associate in the Community Associations group. His practice focuses on representing community associations in a wide range of matters, including general counsel and litigation. Jeremy helps community association managers and Board members with issues like governing document interpretation, enforcement and contract negotiations by providing both legal and practical guidance.
Jeremy also serves as the Chair of the CAI Washington Metro's Maryland Legislative Committee and is a Delegate on CAI's Maryland Legislative Action Committee. For his work on the Maryland Legislative Committee Jeremy received the 2008 CAI Maryland Public Advocate of the Year award. Beyond his work with and on behalf of community associations, Jeremy served as a commissioner on the Rockville City Historic District Commission.
Jeremy received his BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his JD from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
