Mr. Ruprecht practices primarily in the fields of taxation, estate planning and probate. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on February 18, 1954. He is a graduate of Yale University, where he received a B.A. in economics with honors in 1976, and of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he received a J.D. in 1980. Mr. Ruprecht received an L.L.M. in taxation in 1986 from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Ruprecht was associated with the Office of General Counsel, U.S. General Accounting Office in Washington for five years before joining the firm in 1986. He teaches a course on income taxation of real estate at Montgomery College. He is Past President and an active member of the Board of Directors of the Kiwanis Club of Bethesda and past president of Bethesda Ever Green. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
