Emily B. Rachlin is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group, and represents clients in a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes.

She was born in 1981, and received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as an articles editor for The Journal of Health Care Law and Policy. She received her B.A., cum laude, in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Maryland in 2003. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rachlin served as law clerk for The Honorable Mary Ellen Barbera with the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.

Ms. Rachlin is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
