Mr. Neary is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Employment and Labor groups. His practice includes the representation of individuals and businesses in a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters, as well as the representation of employers in the litigation and
resolution of employment-related disputes.
Mr. Neary was born in Washington, D.C. in 1979 and graduated magna cum laude from Loyola College in Maryland where he was a member of
Pi Sigma Alpha. He received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2006. While there, he was a member of the
Maryland Law Review and served as the Executive Symposium Articles Editor from 2005-2006. He also was a member of the Moot Court Board and received the Runner-Up Best Brief Award during the 2005 Morris B. Myerowitz Moot Court Competition. Mr. Neary is admitted to practice in
Maryland and the District of Columbia.
