Ms. Mandel practices in the firm’s Commercial Lending Group, focusing on the representation of lenders in middle market lending matters. She was born in Pensacola, Florida in 1976 and graduated with honors from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida with a B.A. in English in 1996. In 1999, Ms. Mandel received her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law . While in law school, she served as a student litigator with DC Law Students in Court, appearing in Superior Court in the District of Columbia, and interned at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Upon completion of law school, she worked for Gulfcoast Legal Services in Sarasota, Florida and at the Florida Attorney General’s Office. Ms. Mandel is admitted to practice in Maryland.
