Mr. Hutt is active in the fields of administrative proceedings, real estate development, and employment law. He was born in Washington, D.C. on May 8, 1945. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Maryland in 1967 and his J.D. degree from George Washington University in 1971. He was law clerk to Judge DeWitt Hyde, Superior Court for the District of Columbia, in 1971-1972, and Assistant and Senior Assistant County Attorney for Montgomery County, Maryland, from 1972-1981. Mr. Hutt is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia bars.
