Theodore R. Goldstock is a principal practicing in the areas of Business and Taxation and Litigation. He counsels businesses on numerous aspects of corporate law, and also represents clients in business-related disputes and litigation. He was born in 1958, and received his A.B. degree,
magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 1980. In 1983, he received his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law.
For his corporate practice, Mr. Goldstock counsels businesses on all manner of issues, including partnership and LLC agreements, financing, leases, litigation, general contract law, and general corporate law. He also represents businesses in commercial transactions, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Goldstock maintains an active commercial litigation practice, advising clients throughout all types of business disputes. His represetation in this area extends to litigation in the Federal District Court of Maryland and the Courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. He also represents business clients in arbitration proceedings, including those conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and in administrative proceedings and appeals. Mr. Goldstock also advises his clients on a number of employment law related issues, and provides representation in all areas of estate planning.
He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
