Mr. Fisher is co-chair of the firm's Community Associations group and practices in the areas of community association law, civil litigation, real estate, bankruptcy and creditors' rights. He was born in Silver Spring, Maryland on April 27, 1971. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland in 1993 and received his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law in 1997. While in law school, he interned with the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Fisher also served as the editor-in-chief of Widener's Law Review, The Widener Journal of Public Law, and was selected by the faculty to receive the Outstanding Service Award for the class of 1997. Upon graduating law school, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Paul H. Weinstein, Chief Administrative Judge for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Maryland. Mr. Fisher is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Community Association Institute ("CAI"), the Federal Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
