Ms. Bloomfield practices in the areas of civil litigation, guardianship and employment law. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee on March 20, 1956. She attended Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts and received her B.A., cum laude, in 1978. She received her J.D. degree with honors in 1988 from the George Washington University National Law Center where she was associate editor of The George Washington Journal of International Law and Economics. Ms. Bloomfield is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia bars.
