All our attorneys are active in the local and state bar associations, and individual attorneys have held leadership positions in the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Montgomery County and its Foundation, the Maryland Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and Collaborative Dispute Resolution Professionals, among others. They frequently speak and write on topics important to family law practitioners, including changes to divorce and separation law, child support enforcement procedures and domestic violence. Through these organizations and activities, our attorneys work to improve family law statutes and the experience of those interacting with the family law courts.
