Lerch, Early & Brewer has represented many of the area’s clubs (both country clubs and membership clubs) on a variety of matters. In particular, we assist clubs with land use issues such as special exceptions for expansion and renovation, and with employment and labor issues faced by club owners and managers with a roster of part-time and seasonal employees.
