Sigrid Haines gave a presentation on "Medical Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment (MOLST)" to the Elder Law Section of the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland. The MOLST forms are part of Maryland's effort to enhance the consistency of decision-making regarding end-of-life decisions across health care settings, such as when a patient moves from a nursing home to a hospital.
