April Mackoff Chairs ULI Young Leaders Panel on Fillmore in Silver Spring

January 10, 2012

April Mackoff chaired a Urban Land Institute Young Leaders event on "The Fillmore Silver Spring: The Development of a Concert Destination."  An adaptive reuse of a former J.C. Penney department store, the Fillmore Silver Spring stemmed from a true public-private partnership between the Lee Development Group and Montgomery County. The event featured a panel with speakers David Dise, director of Montgomery County's Department of General Services, Bruce Lee, president of Lee Development and Lerch Early land use attorney Bill Kominers, who served as land use counsel for the project. The panel was followed by a tour and networking time.

April Mackoff is a land use attorney at Lerch, Early & Brewer in Bethesda, Maryland who serves on ULI's Young Leaders Program Committee.
