In "Secondhand Smoke Suit Catches Lawmaker's Eye," the Daily Record quotes Jason Fisher about the implications of a recent court case in which the court ruled against a resident of a cooperative seeking to prevent his neighbor fom smoking outside the resident's home. In the article, Jason notes that to date the Maryland legislature has not declared secondhand smoke even a per se nuisance.
