July 1, 2011 (Bethesda, Maryland) Stuart Schwager, a litigator and business attorney at Lerch, Early & Brewer, was named president-elect of the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rotary for 2011-12. Stuart has been active in the service organization, most recently chairing the annual YMCA Turkey Chase in 2009.
