The CR (Commercial/Residential) Zone is a family of zones designed to encourage a mix of uses, design, & amenities. It will allow a mix of residential and non-residential uses, at varying densities and heights. This program will examine the CR Zone’s impact on:

  • Mix of uses
  • Height limitations
  • Incentive density
