December 2009 -- Art Lafionatis was elected to serve as the firm's managing partner, starting in 2010. Art practices in the Real Estate, Business & Taxation, Commercial Lending and Creditors’ Rights & Workouts groups, and works on a range of matters – from commercial real estate, lending and business transactions to business counseling and succession planning.
