March 2008 - Martin J. Hutt, a principal in the firm’s Land Use & Zoning Group, was recently featured in an article in the Gazette. The article discusses Mr. Hutt's success representing local developers planning to construct a new condominium complex in Bethesda.
The Montgomery County Planning Board recommended approval of the developer’s project on Thursday, which may allow for the development plan to go forward, as well as rezoning for part of the site, from a residential zone to a transit-residential zone.
