September 2010 -- Stuart R. Barr was named an “Exceptional Volunteer” for 2010 by the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce for his work with the Corridor Cities Transitway. The Chamber noted that “the exceptional volunteers bring unique talents and personalities, yet the common denominators are their positive attitudes, enthusiasm and warmth.”
