Lerch Early Moves to New Bethesda Office
BETHESDA (June 19, 2017) – Lerch, Early & Brewer is pleased to announce the move of its offices to 7600 Wisconsin Avenue at Bethesda Place II. This is one block north from the firm’s former location at the Bethesda Metro, which it had occupied since 1987.
The law firm has experienced significant growth over the past decade, and needed additional office and conference space to continue to serve clients at a stellar level. The new office design is contemporary, with lots of glass, natural light, and informal collaboration space. The firm can now host many more meetings and events on-site than at the former location.
“Our new state-of-the-art office and conference space will give our attorneys and staff the tools to further enhance our clients’ experience with the firm,” says Robby Brewer, board chair and a real estate attorney at Lerch Early.
Lerch Early occupies 40,000 SF on the seventh and eighth floors of the building, located at the northwest corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Commerce Lane. It is across Wisconsin Avenue from the Claire Dratch store, and at the rear of La Madeleine restaurant along Old Georgetown Road. The Bethesda Red Line Metro stop is one block away.
The firm’s design process was participatory, and many employee suggestions were incorporated into the office plans. Lerch Early invested in leasehold improvements, new furniture, and equipment to create a more efficient workspace and ensure enduring success for future generations of attorneys and staff.
Lerch Early executed the lease with brokerage and construction management services from JLL. Architectural design is by Gensler, an international architectural firm whose Washington, DC office has designed offices for many prestigious law firms. The general contractor is Hitt Contracting. Bethesda Place II is owned and operated by prominent local developers (and Lerch Early clients), Polinger Company and The Tower Companies.
Lerch Early’s new address is 7600 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 700, Bethesda, MD 20814. All attorney and staff phone numbers and email addresses remain the same.
In conjunction with the move, Lerch Early updated its website and logo to better reflect the firm’s core mission of helping its clients rise to every challenge.
