Blumberg Company to Develop Landy Property in Hyattsville

The Sentinel

The Landy Property in Hyattsville has long been a site of interest for developers in Prince George's County. The Sentinel reported that The Marvin R. Blumberg company is exploring developing a new townhome community on the 33-acre property.

Land use attorney Chris Hatcher, who represents Blumberg, noted that the proposed development was created with the new vision laid out by the Prince George's Plaza Transit District Development Plan in mind. For more, visit "More Townhomes Could Be on the Way to Hyattsville."
