We are located in Suite 460 at 3 BETHESDA METRO CENTER, in the heart of downtown Bethesda, Maryland. Our office is at the corner of the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue (Route 355, also known as Rockville Pike), East-West Highway (Route 410), and Old Georgetown Road (Route 187).

IF YOU ARE COMING BY METRO

Take the Red Line to the Bethesda Station. Other Metro lines and rail lines intersect with the Red Line at several places throughout the region. Take the escalators at the Bethesda Station to the top, and proceed to 3 Metro Center to the left adjacent to the top of the escalators (and enjoy our sculpture and art). We are the building with the 3 Bethesda Metro Center sign, behind the Hyatt.

IF YOU ARE COMING BY AUTO:

From DC:

Take Wisconsin Avenue, North into Bethesda. Turn left onto Old Georgetown Road (immediately after the Hyatt). Turn left at the first light onto Edgemoor Lane. There is a County public parking garage on the right across from our building, and a private parking garage located on the Left. We are the building with 3 Bethesda Metro Center sign on the side of the building, and are located directly beside the Hyatt. The nearest entrance from the parking garage is located near the bus entrance to the Metro station.

From Beltway from Virginia:

Take the I-495 Beltway from Virginia. Take Exit 36 (Old Georgetown Road) to Bethesda. Go 2.5 miles on Old Georgetown Road. Turn right, at the dead end, onto Woodmont Avenue. Go 1 block and turn LEFT at the first light onto Edgemoor Lane. There is a County Public Parking Garage on the Left (across from our building), as well as a second private parking garage located around the bend on the left. We are the building with 3 Bethesda Metro Center sign on the side of the building, and are located directly beside the Hyatt. The nearest entrance from the parking garage is located near the bus entrance to the Metro station.

From Beltway from Silver Spring, Baltimore:

Take the I-495 towards Northern Virginia. Take exit 33, MD-185/Connecticut Ave., and turn left heading SOUTH towards Chevy Chase. At the 6th light (about 1 mile) make a RIGHT turn onto East/West Highway, Route 410. Follow into the heart of Bethesda and remain in the right two lanes as you approach the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue. Cross over Wisconsin onto Old Georgetown Road and make the first left onto Edgemoor Lane. There is a County Public Parking Garage on the right across from our building, and a Private Parking Garage located on the Left. We are the building with 3 Bethesda Metro Center sign on the side of the building, and are located directly beside the Hyatt. The nearest entrance from the parking garage is located near the bus entrance to the Metro station.

From I-270 & areas North of Bethesda:

Take 270 South to I-495. At the I-270 split, bear to the LEFT towards Silver Spring. Go a couple of miles and take the 1st Exit on your LEFT (Bethesda [355] Wisconsin Avenue, South). Stay on Wisconsin Avenue passing Bethesda Naval Hospital on the left and NIH on the right. Continue for another ½ mile on Wisconsin Avenue and turn RIGHT onto Commerce Lane. CROSS Old Georgetown Road (Commerce Lane becomes Edgemoor Lane at this intersection) and park in the County Public Parking garage around the bend on your right. We are the building with 3 Bethesda Metro Center sign on the side of the building, and are located directly beside the Hyatt. The nearest entrance from the parking garage is located near the bus entrance to the Metro station.
